Angus Sinclair Abell Memorial Scholarship in Economics

The Angus Sinclair Abell Memorial Scholarship in Economics is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement entering the third year of study for a Bachelor of Arts with an Honours in Economics. The scholarship is named in memory of Angus Sinclair Abell, BA Economics '37, and was endowed by his wife Amy Ross Cogswell Abell BSc Pharmacy '36. Selection for this award is based on academic standing, recognizing students who demonstrate excellence in their economics studies. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application to the University of Alberta.
