Animal Health and Welfare (EUPAHW) Call 2026

The European Partnership on Animal Health and Welfare (EUPAH&W) is launching its second external call for proposals titled 'Shaping the Future of Animal Health and Welfare'. The call is supported by national funding bodies across 19 countries and aims to promote international collaboration and high-impact research. Projects must focus on one of two main themes: animal welfare or prevention and control. Innovation Fund Denmark offers co-funding to Danish participants in projects successful in this call. The call targets Danish universities, companies, industry organisations, local/regional governments, research organizations and NGOs. All Danish organizations directly involved in activities in the projects are eligible as applicants to Innovation Fund Denmark. This is a two-stage application process with pre-proposals due March 30, 2026 and invited full proposals due September 16, 2026.
