Anne Frank Award

The Anne Frank Award is presented annually to an undergraduate student at Eastern Illinois University who writes the best paper on the Holocaust for a course taught by a member of the Department of History. Recipients must be students in good standing who are accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The award requires attendance at the Department of History's annual awards ceremony, with limited exceptions for family crises. Students who receive the award may apply again in subsequent years if they continue to meet the eligibility criteria. The award is announced and conferred in the Spring semester, providing recognition for outstanding scholarly work on Holocaust studies.
