Anne Shannon Scholarship

The Anne Shannon Scholarship is awarded to students in their second year of Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Science (Technology) [BSc(Tech)] degree programs who are majoring in Ecology and Biodiversity or Molecular and Cellular Biology. The scholarship supports students who demonstrate academic commitment in these biological science fields. Applicants must be enrolled in at least 60 points of papers coded BIOEBxxx or BIOMOxxx as part of their full-time study requirements. This scholarship provides financial assistance to help second-year science students continue their studies in these specialized areas of biology at the University of Waikato.
