Bröstcancerförbundet (Swedish Breast Cancer Association) offers research month grants for doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers working in the field of breast cancer. The funding supports patient-centered breast cancer research across various areas including medicine, nursing science, radiation research, care, and rehabilitation. The grant provides salary funding for registered doctoral students or active postdoctoral researchers within six years of completing their doctorate who intend to continue their research. The research period should be at least three months and can be distributed over a maximum of 1.5 years. Applicants must be at least 50% active in the breast cancer field in Sweden and employed at a Swedish institution. The grant covers salary costs, social charges, vacation supplements, overhead costs, and indirect costs. Applications are welcomed for patient-centered breast cancer research in various areas. Decisions are made by the Breast Cancer Association's research month committee, which advises the association's board.
