Anthony & Ferne Miller Demangone Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Anthony & Ferne Miller Demangone Memorial Scholarship Fund was established at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County in memory of Ferne Miller Demangone and Anthony Martin Demangone. The scholarship, established by Anthony and Ferne's children, was created to honor their parents' commitment to education so that others may be able to benefit from such an opportunity. This single-year scholarship award provides up to $1,000 to graduating seniors from Mount Pleasant Area High School who demonstrate financial need and plan to attend Westmoreland County Community College (WCCC) or Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC). The scholarship supports students pursuing higher education at community colleges in the region, helping to make educational opportunities more accessible to deserving students in the community.
