About this opportunity
The Anthony G. Petti Memorial Scholarship in Music is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Calgary. Established in memory of Dr. Anthony Petti, professor of English and founder/director of the Calgary Renaissance Singers & Players, this scholarship encourages studies in two of his areas of notable scholarship and creativity: Renaissance Literature and Music. The award recognizes students who demonstrate interest and ability in the performance and/or study of Early Music. The scholarship was established by family, friends, and colleagues of Dr. Anthony G. Petti to honor his legacy and continue his passion for Renaissance studies and music education.
