Arktis 2030 – utlysning hovedprosjekter 2026

Arktis 2030 is a grant program managed by Troms County Council in close collaboration with Nordland and Finnmark counties. The program aims to ensure that new knowledge, technology, and competence are put to use in Northern Norway. For 2026, 80 million NOK is allocated to main projects. The program supports three priority areas: knowledge (increased competence about polar regions, business development and management), infrastructure (measures to meet needs from increased activity in the north), and environment, safety and preparedness (accident prevention, green transition, and handling climate change). The program is open to business clusters, public actors, and knowledge environments, prioritizing initiatives that contribute to regional added value and support Nordland's strategies, plans, and goals.
