Arthur & Dorothy Goetzman & Gretchen Joyner Scholarship Fund

The Arthur & Dorothy Goetzman & Gretchen Joyner Scholarship Fund was established in 2005 by Taylor B. Joyner, Ph.D., in memory of his wife, Gretchen E. Joyner, and her parents, Arthur C. Goetzman, M.D. '27 and Dorothy D. Goetzman. This scholarship provides financial support to incoming medical students at the University at Buffalo's Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. The award is merit-based and requires recipients to demonstrate high academic achievement. The scholarship honors the legacy of the Goetzman and Joyner families and their commitment to medical education.
