Articulación Academia + Sector Productivo

This program supports projects that involve partnerships between the productive sector and academia, with the purpose of building national capacities for research and innovation in Uruguay. Joint projects must be submitted by at least one private company and at least one national research and development institution. The relevance of the association must be based on the fact that academia's participation in the project involves carrying out technological development and innovation activities. Projects should include: detection of technological bottlenecks for the productive sector, search for solutions through the implementation of research and development projects, and technology transfer activities, absorption and dissemination of new technologies in the productive sector. The program operates under a permanent application modality and its closing is subject to fund availability.
