Arts Fund

The Arts Fund supports arts and heritage projects in Jersey, recognizing their importance to the Island's sense of identity and community wellbeing. Cultural participation brings benefits including learning and education, good health, social inclusion and satisfaction with life. The fund prioritizes boosting arts opportunities for the community, improving skills and creativity in the arts and culture sector, and developing community cohesion. Supported disciplines include music, theatre, dance, visual arts, crafts, design, and literature. Projects must clearly demonstrate positive impact and align with at least one of four priority outcomes: Enjoying (expanding and diversifying arts participation), Education and Upskilling (creating opportunities for skill development and creativity), Enabling (increasing organizational resilience), and Development (supporting the arts ecosystem). Multi-year grants are considered, with funding typically to be spent within one calendar year of award.
