ASEAN Excellence Scholarship

Teesside University offers the ASEAN Excellence Scholarship to support eligible international students from ASEAN member nations who demonstrate academic excellence in their application. The scholarship aims to support students who demonstrate the highest potential prior to joining the University. The scholarship provides a £2,000 fee waiver in the first full academic year of study for students enrolled in foundation, undergraduate, or postgraduate programmes. Students must be nationals of ASEAN countries including Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam. Awards are made at the discretion of the International Scholarships Committee, who consider financial background, prior academic performance, and other information provided through the application and any subsequent interview. Eligible applicants are automatically considered for the scholarship based on details submitted in their course application and do not need to apply separately.
