Ashcourt Durham and Tees Valley Community Fund

The Ashcourt Durham and Tees Valley Community Fund is provided by the Ashcourt Group in relation to their Stonegrave Quarry operation in Newton Aycliffe, through the Landfill Communities Fund. Ashcourt Group is a family-run organisation and a leading supplier of construction materials and waste management solutions. GrantScape administers the Fund on their behalf. The Fund provides grants of between £5,000 and £25,000 to not-for-profit organisations for capital projects that focus on physical improvement at an identified site. Projects must be located within 10 miles of the Stonegrave Quarry, with priority given to applications for projects located within 5 miles of the site. Projects which take place at multiple sites cannot be considered. Around £145,000 is available annually through this fund. There are normally two funding rounds each year with a structured application and decision timeline. The Fund uses an online application process administered through GrantScape.
