Ashok Kapur Scholarship

One scholarship, valued at up to $1,500, is awarded annually to an outstanding student entering Year One in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Waterloo. Preference will be given to students who have indicated an interest in pursuing studies in Political Science. This fund is made possible by donations from friends and alumni on behalf of Professor Ashok Kapur in recognition of his contributions to the University of Waterloo. The scholarship is an entrance award that requires no separate application and is awarded based on academic performance and expressed interest in Political Science as indicated on the OUAC application. It is available to Canadian citizens and permanent residents entering the Honours Arts or Honours Arts and Business programs.
