About this opportunity
The Asia Center Undergraduate Summer Research Travel Grant supports Harvard undergraduate students conducting summer research that examines two or more countries of East, South, and Southeast Asia comparatively or explores relations among Asian countries. Individual country topics may only be considered for Southeast Asian countries or if they are part of broader, multi-country research. The multi-country context must be made explicit in the application. Projects relating to Asian diasporas and/or Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) studies will also be considered. Grant recipients are required to submit a written report upon completion that may be used by the Asia Center online and in printed materials. Grants are open to students who will be returning to Harvard for at least one semester following the funded activity and must be in good standing at the time of funding.
