AST Equine Spirit Award

Established in 2005 as the Western Ranch & Cow Horse Spirit Award, this award is now the AST Equine Spirit Award. It is available to a full-time student in the equine science major of the Animal Science Technology program who displays the spirit of the program. The recipient must contribute to their class work, be involved in extracurricular activities, and have good academic standing. This scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate dedication and enthusiasm in the equine science program while maintaining academic excellence and participating actively in the college community.
