A.T. Brown Award for History Graduate Students

The A.T. Brown Award for History Graduate Students is a scholarship established by the late Kay Brown and Family and Friends of A.T. Brown. This award recognizes and supports history graduate students at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee who have demonstrated academic merit. The scholarship provides financial assistance to help graduate students advance their historical research and academic pursuits. Awards are announced in spring for the following school year, making it an annual opportunity for continuing graduate students in the History Department. Students graduating in the same spring or summer when awards are announced are not eligible to apply.
