About This Opportunity

The Atlas Corps Leadership Institute (ACLI) is a 12-week virtual leadership development program designed for globally minded early-career professionals, typically aged 21-32. The program offers transformational leadership skill development and human-centered capabilities sought by employers worldwide, without geographic or visa barriers. Over 12 weeks, participants engage in live sessions with invited guest speakers, complete self-paced assignments, collaborate with peers across cultures, and earn a digital credential to demonstrate their growth. The program combines live virtual workshops, facilitated discussions, flexible self-paced learning, small-group learning circles, and 1-on-1 reflection touchpoints. Participants learn from leading U.S. organizations and experts on topics such as self-management and resilience, conflict resolution, and intercultural adaptability. The curriculum covers five core modules: Orientation, Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading Across Borders, and Reflection, culminating in a team-based capstone project focused on tackling real-world challenges through cross-cultural collaboration. Launched in 2020 as the Virtual Leadership Institute (VLI), the program has helped 570+ young professionals from over 80 countries develop essential leadership skills. Upon successful graduation, participants enter the Atlas Corps & Cultural Vistas Alumni Community Network.
