About this opportunity
The AUEA Māori Engineering Pathway Award was established in 2017 and is funded by the Auckland University Engineers Association (AUEA) Inc. The main purpose of the Award is to provide financial and mentoring assistance to first year Māori students who have achieved academically, have demonstrated leadership potential, and have demonstrated active participation in community, cultural and other activities, and have demonstrated commitment to, or interest in, the BE(Hons) degree programme. The award supports Māori students enrolling in the first year of a BE(Hons) or BE(Hons) conjoint degree at the University of Auckland. Up to two awards are available annually, with each award valued at up to $5,000 and tenable for one year.
