Austin Bridges Memorial Award

The Austin Bridges Memorial Award is a scholarship established in 2007 at Lakeland College, specifically designated for students enrolled in the Firefighter Training program. This award recognizes excellence across multiple dimensions of student achievement and contribution. Each platoon in the Firefighter Training program nominates one member from their class for consideration, and from these nominations, one recipient is selected annually.
