About this opportunity
Supplementary financial aid funded by the Community of Madrid directed at students pursuing official Bachelor's or Master's degrees at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) who demonstrate good academic performance but face unfavorable economic situations that may hinder their ability to continue their studies. The program provides financial support to help students overcome adverse economic situations resulting from circumstances such as unemployment of the main family provider, permanent disability or invalidity of the main provider, death of the main provider, victims of terrorist acts, victims of gender violence, or other duly justified situations that seriously affect the family's economic situation. The maximum award amount is 3,000 euros per recipient. Applications are evaluated by a committee on a rolling basis throughout the academic year, with specific commission meetings scheduled to review submitted applications. The aid is designed to complement other support mechanisms and help ensure that students in difficult socioeconomic circumstances can complete their university education.
