About this opportunity

The Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences Scholarship is awarded annually by the Mathematical Sciences Institute (MSI) at the Australian National University. The objective of the scholarship is to support high achieving students undertake the Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences program through to Honours. MSI within the ANU College of Science aims to strengthen educational outcomes, especially for students from regional, remote and financially disadvantaged backgrounds. The scholarship provides a stipend of $10,000 per annum for up to three years, paid in equal instalments after the census date of each semester. Selection is made on the basis of applicants meeting all eligibility requirements, with preference given to students with financial hardship and those residing in rural, regional or remote areas.
