Baker Henry Spann Scholarship

The Baker Henry Spann Scholarship provides financial support to Perimeter College students at Georgia State University who are pursuing a major in teacher education or planning to enter the teaching profession. This scholarship is designed to support students who have demonstrated commitment to education through coursework completion with strong academic performance. Applicants must have completed at least one teacher education course with a grade of B or better, earned 30 or more credit hours, and maintain a minimum 2.7 GPA. The scholarship requires U.S. citizenship or eligible permanent resident status and a letter of recommendation from a Perimeter College staff or faculty member. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application in the Georgia State University scholarship system.
