Baker Tilly's Now for Tomorrow Scholarship

This scholarship is designed for students enrolled in the Sheldon B. Lubar College of Business at UW-Milwaukee, in a program leading to a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology Management (ITM). Students must be US citizens or permanent resident aliens with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA and demonstrated financial need by filing a FAFSA. Applicants must demonstrate interest in or commitment to histories and cultures of Black, Latinx, Asian and/or Native American people or communities; service to these communities; or promotion of equity, inclusion, or social justice for Black, Latinx, Asian and/or Native American people or communities. This criterion may be met through personal statements, employment or volunteer service history, academic coursework, or involvement in relevant community, UWM, or student organizations. For Accounting majors, the award is given in junior year to those declared and accepted into the accounting major with intention to sit for the CPA exam. For Finance or ITM majors, the award is given in sophomore year to those intending to pursue these majors. Children of current Baker Tilly, US, LLP employees are not eligible.
