Balsaar and Ruth Bubeck Scholarship

The Balsaar and Ruth Bubeck Scholarship supports undergraduate students from Marshall, Illinois (or Clark County, Illinois) who are pursuing teacher certification at Eastern Illinois University. Recipients must be full-time students who have completed at least 30 credit hours and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Priority is given to graduates of Marshall High School in Marshall, Illinois, with secondary consideration for students from other Clark County school districts if no Marshall High School graduates qualify. Financial need is not a consideration for this award. The scholarship is announced in the Spring and awarded in the following Fall and Spring semesters. Recipients may not reapply or receive the award again.
