About This Opportunity

The Bank of America Student Leaders Program is a paid internship and leadership development opportunity for community-minded high school juniors and seniors. Since 2004, the program has been part of Bank of America's ongoing commitment to youth employment and economic mobility, helping prepare a pipeline of community-minded young students to be successful in the workforce through leadership training and work experience. The program annually connects more than 300 students from nearly 100 communities across the United States to employment, skills development, and community service. Selected students participate in a paid eight-week internship with local nonprofits such as Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Habitat for Humanity, gaining first-hand experience serving their communities. In addition to the internship, Student Leaders attend a national leadership summit in Washington, D.C., where they learn how nonprofits, governments, and businesses collaborate to meet local needs. The program provides practical work and life experience that helps students develop leadership skills and understand community impact.
