About this opportunity

The Bar None Entrance Leadership Award is awarded annually to students with satisfactory academic standing entering the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture/Food Business Management, Bachelor of Science in Animal Health or the Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences degree programs in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Alberta. Recipients are selected on the basis of leadership qualities as demonstrated by involvement in extracurricular and community activities. Preference is given to students with indicated financial need. This award is funded through endowed funds from Agriculture, Agricultural/Food Business Management, and Nutrition and Food Sciences Alumni through the Bar None Endowment Fund.
