Barnets lyckopenning

Barnets lyckopenning is a project grant offered by Synskadades Riksförbund (The Swedish Association of the Visually Impaired) in collaboration with the Swedish Society of Nursing. The grant supports licensed nurses and midwives for education, project, and development work related to the maternity care chain including maternal care, childbirth, postnatal care, neonatal units, and child health centers. The funding is intended to develop relationships between mother, child, and the rest of the family. A total of 30,000 SEK is distributed annually among selected applicants, with awards given in the fall. Applications are only accepted for projects that are at the end stage or partial report stage, or for shorter courses/conferences. Recipients must provide a report after receiving the grant.
