Basarab Family Scholarship for Community Service-Learning

The Basarab Family Scholarship for Community Service-Learning is awarded to students with superior academic achievement enrolled in any year of an undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta. Recipients must be taking at least one course through the Community Service-Learning program. The scholarship is provided through endowed funds by Dr. Troy and Mrs. Karen Basarab and is awarded by the Faculty of Arts. Selection is based on academic standing, and students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application to the University of Alberta scholarship system.
