Basilicata Cultural Society of Canada Scholarships

The Basilicata Cultural Society of Canada Scholarships provide financial support to students with family origins from Basilicata, Italy. Applicants must be enrolled at a Canadian university or college and have at least one grandparent or great-grandparent from Basilicata. The scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate their connection to Basilicata heritage through essay submissions and academic achievement. A panel of academics reviews entries and submitted essays to determine the winners of the scholarships. Three scholarships of $2,000 each are available annually to eligible students.
