Baume HDR Travel Grant

The Baume HDR Travel Grant is available to Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students studying at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health (NCEPH) at the Australian National University. The award assists with travel to a national or international conference in pursuit of academic goals. This travel scholarship provides up to $5,000 for an enrolled HDR candidate who is enrolled in a program of study at NCEPH for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy or Master of Philosophy. The award must be used for travel within twelve months of receipt. Selection is made on the basis of academic merit as well as the benefit of the proposed activity to the recipient and NCEPH. Three awards are available annually, and students who have previously received the award are not eligible to apply again except in exceptional circumstances.
