BBSRC Midlands Integrative Biosciences Training Partnership
About This Opportunity
The Midlands Integrative Biosciences Training Partnership (MIBTP) is a BBSRC-funded Doctoral Training Partnership comprising six universities: University of Warwick, University of Birmingham, University of Leicester, Aston University, Coventry University and Harper Adams University. The partnership offers comprehensive PhD training programmes across four key research themes: Sustainable Agriculture and Food, Understanding the Rules of Life, Renewable Resources and Clean Growth, and Integrated Understanding of Health. As an MIBTP Scholar, students join a comprehensive training programme that runs concurrently with their PhD research, providing interdisciplinary research opportunities and fostering critical mass for global impact. The programme offers 4-year fully funded studentships with extensive training and development opportunities. The partnership recognizes that interdisciplinarity underpins most significant research and provides students access to resources, expertise, and facilities across all partner institutions.
