Bedriftsintern opplæring (BiO)

The BiO (Bedriftsintern opplæring) grant program supports businesses in Innlandet County, Norway that need to provide employees with new competencies to manage organizational transformation. The program provides financial support to cover part of the costs for internal training initiatives. Transformation can include significant changes to products and services, work methods, or establishment in new markets. The grant is designed to help businesses acquire the competencies needed for necessary organizational changes by supporting training costs, salary costs during training, and minor administrative expenses. The funding is available to private businesses, sole proprietorships with employees, and publicly owned companies that do not receive other public subsidies, all of which must have employees in Innlandet County.
