Beeby Family Fund

The Beeby Family Fund provides grants to charitable and not-for-profit organisations to support and improve the lives and opportunities of children and young people. The fund primarily serves those living in Wigton and the surrounding areas, though applications from the wider Cumbria area may be considered in exceptional need. Priority is given to projects that promote life skills, support young people to fulfil their potential, and encourage personal development. The fund supports groups which encourage personal development, confidence building and employability skills in young people, as well as activities that prevent children and young people from developing problems that lead to difficulties later in life.
