Bendigo Bank Indigenous Scholarship Program

Bendigo Bank are committed to supporting young indigenous Australians. Each year they award scholarships to first year tertiary students studying at an Australian university, college or TAFE campus for the first time. The scholarship provides $10,000 over 2 years to support accommodation costs, study resources including books and computers, and course fees. This scholarship is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who identify as such, whether they are recent school leavers or mature age students. Recipients must study full-time in an approved Australian course and reside in Australia while undertaking their studies. The scholarship aims to reduce the financial burden of tertiary education and help students balance their study and work life, allowing part-time work provided they maintain full-time study status.
