Beryl Barns Memorial Undergraduate Awards

The Beryl Barns Memorial Undergraduate Awards are awarded annually to students with satisfactory academic standing of at least 3.3 in Music courses enrolled full-time in Bachelor of Music program in practical studies (keyboard instruments, orchestral instruments, voice) or in music composition. A grade point average of 3.3 in Music courses will be expected in each year that the award is held. The award is renewable to a maximum of four years at the undergraduate level pending success in the yearly students' performance in their end-of-year performance juries. This scholarship supports music students pursuing undergraduate degrees at the University of Alberta.
