About this opportunity

This grant aims to enable holders of previous and/or ongoing research grants from the Swedish Research Council to plan, implement, and evaluate communication activities involving dialogue or co-creation with identified groups outside academia. The grant supports communication of artistic research across all artistic fields including architecture, visual arts, circus, dance, design, film, crafts, curatorial practices, literature, music, opera, performance, and theater. Projects must include collaboration with curators, producers, creators, collaboration coordinators, artists, project coordinators, designers, communicators, or other relevant professional expertise. The funding supports costs directly related to the communication project's implementation, including salaries, hired expertise, rental of external premises, and compensation to participants in collaboration activities. Applicants must be or have been holders of a grant from the Swedish Research Council with a grant period that ended (or ends) December 31, 2020 or later, and the communication grant application must be linked to the previously awarded or ongoing grant/project.
