Billy Jerome Starr Jr – Franklin Scholarship

The Billy Jerome Starr Jr – Franklin Scholarship is awarded to students from Franklin Police and Fire High School who will be attending a community college, university, or accredited trade school. This scholarship is designed to support graduating students from Franklin Police and Fire High School as they pursue post-secondary education.
