Björklunds fond

Björklunds fond supports research projects on ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) and related or similar neurological diseases. The fund is administered by the Swedish Society of Medicine (Svenska Läkaresällskapet) and awards grants to researchers who have completed their doctoral degree within the last 10 years. Projects can be one-year or two-year in duration, with funding available up to 250,000 SEK per year. The fund aims to advance understanding and treatment of ALS and related neurological conditions through supporting clinical and translational research projects that demonstrate clear patient benefit and clinical relevance.
