About this opportunity
The Blackley Long Prize in British History is awarded to a student who has achieved the highest grade in a 400-level British History course at the University of Alberta. Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic standing. This endowed prize was established by the Friends of the late FD Blackley, Professor Emeritus of History, and the late MH Long, former head of the Department of History. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the university's scholarship system.
