Boligtilskudd

Boligtilskudd skal bidra til å skaffe og sikre egnede boliger for vanskeligstilte på boligmarkedet. The program consists of two main types of housing grants administered by Aure kommune in Norway: grants for housing establishment (Boligtilskudd til etablering) and grants for housing adaptation/improvement (Boligtilskudd til utbedring/tilpasning). The establishment grant helps with acquiring suitable housing for those in difficult housing situations, supporting purchase of new or used homes and refinancing. It is typically used as supplementary financing when a home is being financed, with the amount dependent on household economy and ability to service start loans. The adaptation/improvement grant helps those who need to adapt their homes due to reduced functional capacity, supporting small or large renovations and adaptations to allow continued residence.
