About this opportunity
The living environment grant (Bomiljøtilskudd) in Bydel Bjerke is part of the Groruddalen initiative, aimed at contributing to attractive and inclusive living environments that promote contact between people. The grant supports both physical and social initiatives such as playgrounds, upgrading of common meeting spaces, information and competence-raising measures, and social events. It can also be used for planting trees, including establishment of fruit orchards. The grant covers up to 50% of total project costs (or up to 70% in special cases with documented need). Projects must bring something new to the living environment and be developed together with those the initiative is intended for. Recipients must cover costs upfront and receive reimbursement after approved reporting. Priority is given to projects that benefit many people and are accessible beyond the immediate residential community.
