Bomiljøtilskudd i Bydel Grorud – Groruddalssatsingen

This grant program aims to contribute to attractive and inclusive residential environments that promote contact between people. The funding can be used for both physical and social initiatives such as playgrounds, upgrading of meeting places in common areas, information and competence-raising measures, social events, and tree planting including establishment of fruit orchards. The grant is managed by Bydel Grorud (Grorud District) as part of the Groruddalen initiative. Previously part of a larger Groruddalen residential environment grant scheme, from 2025 each district in Groruddalen manages its own residential environment grant program. When prioritizing applications, the district will assess where the need is greatest and prioritize measures that benefit many people. Projects accessible to people outside the immediate residential area are viewed positively.
