Bourse Bertholet sur le capital social des organisations

This scholarship is offered to students enrolled in the M.Sc. program in organizational development or human resources at HEC Montréal. The scholarship is designed to support students who opt to write a thesis on topics related to social capital in organizations, such as social inequalities, trust, meaning of work, feelings of injustice in the workplace, cynicism, or cooperation. This is an encouragement scholarship that rewards members of the student community who have financial needs and who stand out for their efforts and perseverance. The award was established by Jean-François Bertholet to encourage academic excellence and research in the field of organizational social capital.
