The Mitacs Globalink Research Award funds research collaborations between undergraduate and graduate students and faculty members at universities abroad. All specializations are eligible for the award. This research scholarship helps students finance projects and research activities related to their field of study, including research internships, supervised projects, dissertations, and theses. The funding amount varies depending on the destination, and awards of $6,000 CAD are available. The research stay lasts between 12 to 24 weeks, and the scholarship can cover transportation, accommodation, meals, insurance, visa, work permits, and other expenses.
