This scholarship is offered to a full-time BAA program student at HEC Montréal who demonstrates excellent academic results and distinguishes themselves through active engagement both within the student community and externally in the real estate sector, or who demonstrates a strong interest in real estate. The recipient must not serve on the ImmoHEC executive committee. This is a leadership and involvement scholarship that rewards students with strong academic records who stand out through active involvement in student groups, associations, or community organizations as volunteers, achievements that have promoted HEC Montréal in Quebec or internationally, or notable professional or extracurricular achievements.
