About this opportunity
This scholarship is offered to support the completion of data collection activities as part of a master's thesis or supervised research project conducted in an academic context. The scholarship is designed to help students finance their data collection activities that are not already funded by their research supervisors. Applications must be submitted in the term before the data collection is conducted or at the latest during the term in which it is being carried out. The maximum value of this scholarship is $500 CAD. Awards are evaluated based on financial need (50%), progression in the study program (30%), and the justification and importance of the data collection for advancing the thesis or supervised project (20%). Three scholarships of $500 each are available per term.
