About this opportunity
The Sophie Germain Mobility Scholarship program facilitates mobility for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers from Quebec who wish to pursue research work in France, within research organizations and institutions across all sectors and fields covered by the Fonds de recherche du Québec: health, social sciences and humanities, arts and letters, natural sciences and engineering. The primary objective is to open opportunities to establish sustainable research collaborations between Quebec and France, and more broadly with Europe. The scholarship provides a flat amount of $3,000 CAD to cover round-trip transportation costs between France and Quebec, local travel in France and Quebec, and living allowances during the stay. The scholarship is designed to support research stays of a minimum duration of one month in France.
