About this opportunity
The Bowman Cameron Scholarship provides financial assistance to domestic students studying in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney. Established in 2020, this scholarship was originally founded in 1877 by a bequest from Andrew Robertson Cameron, MD. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and a personal statement demonstrating leadership skills, personal attributes, and achievements. Recipients must maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 65 each semester to continue receiving the scholarship. The award is valued at $5,000 per annum and is tenable for three years, paid in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester.
