About This Opportunity

The Boyd and Quimby Scholarship is offered through the Tarrant County College Foundation to support students currently enrolled at or entering Tarrant County College. The scholarship is designed for students pursuing an associate degree or certificate of completion who demonstrate financial need. Recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for TCC students or have passing high school/GED scores for first-time students, and must be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours or full-time as defined by their program. Preference is given to single heads of household who are working to improve the quality of life for themselves and their families. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if recipients achieve a minimum 2.75 GPA and complete at least 9 credit hours in the fall semester.
